Carolina Holistic Medicine was founded on a simple but radical premise: that patients with complex, chronic illness deserve more than a 10-minute appointment and a prescription.

Our clinical team combines deep conventional medical training with rigorous study of integrative, functional, and restorative medicine — drawing from peer-reviewed evidence, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic practice, and global healing traditions to deliver care that is both scientifically grounded and genuinely whole-person. We see patients at our Mt. Pleasant and Pawley's Island locations and nationwide via telemedicine.

THE PRIORITY HEALTH ACADEMY

The standard that sets our practice apart.

Every advanced practicioner at Carolina Holistic Medicine is trained through the Priority Health Academy before joining the clinical team. Founded by Dr. Saleeby in 2016, the Academy is a rigorous, immersive certification program in functional and integrative medicine that ensures every CHM provider delivers care to the same exacting standard and teaches other clinicians our techniques and protocols.

All new patient care plans are reviewed and signed off on by Dr. Saleeby, and providers convene bi-weekly to discuss complex cases as a team. Whether you see Dr. Saleeby or one of our advanced providers, your care is grounded in the same clinical philosophy and held to the same standard of excellence.
